Back From Nashville with ASCA “Roll the Dice C-Arm" Winners!
Posted by Vikki Harmonay on Wed, May 21, 2014 @ 11:05 AM
Nashville is the home of country music, cowboy boots and barbeque–and the perfect location for last week’s ASCA Conference! The Gaylord Opryland was a great place to stay. While the convention center is conveniently located right there at the hotel, the complex has a lot of different pathways and buildings and gathering areas and was easy to get lost in. The good news is, we were able to work off a few of those extra convention calories by walking around, looking for meeting and hotel rooms! We enjoyed seeing old friends and making new connections at the show. Due to cancelled flights, the entire Atlantis Worldwide team had to spend an extra night. (oh darn) Still, the show was a great success!

Once upon a time, if a child fell off a skateboard and broke his arm, a dad had appendicitis, a mom burned her hand or a grandparent was running a high fever at midnight on a Saturday, it meant going to the hospital.

Another MD EXPO has come and gone and yet again it was a great success! The MD EXPO is so much more than a source of educational classes that technicians are required to attend. This show continues to connect the various different personnel within a hospital or clinic that attend the show, from directors and managers of imaging service to radiology and biomedical technicians, to the providers of medical equipment, parts and service.

What Happened @ Radiology & Imaging Conference in Atlanta?
Posted by Vikki Harmonay on Fri, May 3, 2013 @ 10:05 AM
Okay, the Atlantis Worldwide hospitality suite was rockin’, complete with a martini bar, hits from all the James Bond Classics, some old visitors Sean Connery, Ursula Andress and Halle Berry from the 007 Movies and Dr. No playing on the back walls. The music, karaoke and ambience at The Coca Cola Museum was a bubbly experience. And who didn’t love the coke? As anyone who attended the annual Health Connect Partners Radiology and Imaging Conference in Atlanta in April can tell you, the conference was a huge success in many ways. It offered a great balance of networking opportunities, industry learning and sharing, panel discussions and FUN.
