The National Harbor in the D.C. area had plenty of restaurants, night life, casinos, boats, even a huge movie screen and ferris wheel right by the water. The Gaylord National Harbor Convention Center was a great place to have this years ASCA Conference. Atlantis enjoyed being able to walk into town at night and the smaller convention center was not hard to get around – for a change we did not get lost! As always, we were happy to see familiar faces from past ASCA Shows and excited to meet new connections. The show was another great success!Read More

Texas has plenty of country music, cowboy boots and Tex-Mex – and the perfect location for last week’s ASCA Conference! The Gaylord Texan was a great place to stay. While the convention center is conveniently located right there at the hotel, the complex has a lot of different pathways and buildings and gathering areas and was easy to get lost in. The good news is, we were able to work off a few of those extra convention calories by walking around, looking for meeting and hotel rooms! We enjoyed seeing old friends and making new connections at the show. The show was a great success!Read More

Once upon a time, if a child fell off a skateboard and broke his arm, a dad had appendicitis, a mom burned her hand or a grandparent was running a high fever at midnight on a Saturday, it meant going to the hospital.
Another MD EXPO has come and gone and yet again it was a great success! The MD EXPO is so much more than a source of educational classes that technicians are required to attend. This show continues to connect the various different personnel within a hospital or clinic that attend the show, from directors and managers of imaging service to radiology and biomedical technicians, to the providers of medical equipment, parts and service.
